Where is my data stored?

All pet profiles, vaccination logs, medications, weight entries and vet notes are stored locally on your device. PetHealth has no accounts and no cloud — nothing you enter ever reaches our servers.

How do I back up my data?

Because data lives on your device, it is included in your normal device backup (iCloud or iTunes/Finder backup on iOS, Google One device backup on Android). Restoring the device backup restores PetHealth data with it.

I am not receiving reminders

Check that notifications are allowed for PetHealth in your system settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → PetHealth; Android: Settings → Apps → PetHealth → Notifications), and that Focus/Do Not Disturb is not silencing the app.

How do I remove ads?

If an ad-free in-app purchase is available in your version, you will find it inside the app. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and can be restored on a new device from the same store account.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual pets and entries inside the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently.
