Which calendars are supported?

Gregorian, Persian/Shamsi (Jalali) including Afghan month names, Islamic/Hijri, Hebrew, Chinese with zodiac, Buddhist (Thai), Indian (Saka), Coptic, Ethiopic and Japanese era.

Is the Hijri date exact?

The Islamic date is the tabular/Umm al-Qura calculation. Official religious dates such as Ramadan and Eid are set by moon sighting and may differ by a day or two.
