How long it takes

We aim to reply within two working days. We are a small team, so occasionally it takes a little longer — but every message is answered.

How do I play?

Tap a holder and the top run of matching screws lifts out. Tap a second holder and they drop in. A holder filled with a single colour locks in and is finished. Clear the whole board to win the level.

Is this level even possible?

Yes. Every level in Screw Sort was solved by the game before it shipped, and the length of that solution is the level's par. If a board looks hopeless, it is not — there is a route, and the three-star target proves one exists inside that many moves.

If you are truly stuck, Undo steps back as far as you like, Hint shows the next move of a working solution, and Holder adds an extra empty holder to give you room.

I finished a level but did not get three stars

Stars are awarded against par — the shortest solution that exists for that board. Three stars means you matched it. Two and one stars are generous bands above it. Replaying a level to improve your stars is always allowed and never costs anything.

My progress disappeared

Progress is saved on your device only, in the app's own storage. It does not sync to an account, so it does not survive uninstalling the game, clearing the app's data, or moving to a new phone. There is unfortunately no way for us to restore it, because we never had a copy — see the Privacy Policy.

The reward video will not load

Rewarded videos are the one part of the game that needs a connection. If nothing loads, check that you are online and try again in a minute — occasionally no advertisement is available to show. The rest of the game, including all 300 levels and the Daily Challenge, works completely offline.

I watched the whole video and got nothing

The reward is granted when the video finishes. Closing it early — including with the back button — cancels it. If a video genuinely played to the end and no hint or holder arrived, email us with your device model and Android version.

Can I turn the adverts off?

There is no paid option to remove adverts at the moment. Adverts between levels are limited and never interrupt a level in progress; reward videos are always your choice.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Every level ships inside the app. No download on first run, no account, and no connection needed to play.

What to include when reporting a problem

Your device model, your Android version, the level number, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps more than anything else — level numbers are reproducible for us exactly, so a number alone is often enough to find the bug.

We only use your email address to answer you. It is not added to any mailing list. Privacy Policy
