Privacy Policy

Screw Sort is a puzzle game. There is no account, no sign-up and no server holding your progress. The game itself sends nothing about you anywhere. The one exception is advertising, which is handled by Google AdMob and described in full below.

Data the game collects

None. Screw Sort has no login, no analytics service, no crash reporter and no contact list, photo, microphone, camera or location permission. It does not ask for your name or your email address, and it has nowhere to send them if it did.

Data stored on your device

Your progress — which levels you have finished, your stars, your coins and your Daily Challenge streak — is kept on your own device as a single file. It is never uploaded. Uninstalling the game deletes it, and there is no copy anywhere else, which also means progress does not follow you to a new phone.

All 300 levels are bundled inside the app, so the game works with no internet connection at all. Nothing is downloaded on first run.

Advertising

Screw Sort is free, and shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Some are optional: you choose to watch a short video in exchange for a hint or an extra holder. Others appear briefly between levels.

To serve those advertisements, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects your device's advertising identifier along with technical information such as your device model, operating system version, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google uses this to select advertisements and to measure them. This processing is carried out by Google as an independent controller, under its own policies:

You can limit this on your own device. On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads and switch on Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation. Advertisements will still appear, but they will not be personalised.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area

Where the law requires it, you are asked for your choices about personalised advertising before any advertisement is requested, and that choice is passed to Google. You can change it at any time from the game's settings screen. Declining personalised advertising does not restrict any part of the game.

Purchases

Screw Sort contains no in-app purchases. Coins are earned by playing and cannot be bought.

Children

Screw Sort is not directed at children and is rated for a general audience of 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the game contains advertising supplied by a third party, we do not recommend it for young children without supervision.

Your rights

Rights such as access, correction, erasure and objection apply to data a company holds about you. BEK Service LTD holds none: your progress never leaves your device, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete on your behalf. Deleting the app deletes everything the game has stored.

For the advertising data described above, the controller is Google, and those requests should be directed to Google using the links in that section. If you write to us by email, we use your address solely to reply, and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.

Data security

Your saved progress stays in the app's own private storage on your device. Any network request the advertising SDK makes is encrypted in transit.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date above. If a future version of the game were ever to collect something it does not collect today, we would say so here, and in the Google Play Data safety section, before it shipped.
