Data we do not collect
Notelux has no accounts and no sign-up. Your notes, checklists, sketches, voice memos, photos and tags are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not collect, store or process any personal data ourselves.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Notelux shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process device information and advertising identifiers (the IDFA on iOS, the advertising ID on Android), approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad-interaction data. On iOS, personalised ads are only shown if you give permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, you receive non-personalised ads. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
In-app purchases
Optional purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your payment details.
No selling of data
We do not sell, rent or trade any data. The only third party that processes data in connection with Notelux is Google AdMob, as described above.
Children
Notelux is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights and choices
Because your notes never leave your device, you can exercise most data rights (under the UK and EU GDPR and similar laws) simply by deleting the app or its data. For data processed by Google for advertising, use the controls in your device settings and Google’s privacy tools, or contact us.
