Common questions
Will my existing SIM keep working?
Yes. Wavera installs alongside your primary SIM. You can pick which one handles data per app, or use one for calls and the other for data.
What if my eSIM doesn't activate at the destination?
We refund automatically. The app detects activation failure within 30 minutes and starts a refund through Stripe — your card is credited within 5–10 business days.
Can I top up?
Yes. Open the app, tap your active eSIM, "Top up". Same plan, more data — no need to install another QR.
Where does Wavera get the plans from?
We source from licensed wholesale eSIM providers (eSIM Go, MobiMatter, Airalo Partners, eSIM Access, Maya). One catalogue, transparent prices.
Do I need to keep the app installed once my eSIM is active?
The eSIM works without the app, but keep it installed if you want top-ups, usage tracking, or future plan purchases. Uninstalling the app does not delete the eSIM.
