Effective date: 10 June 2026

This policy explains what information the Typelux app (“the app”, “Typelux”) handles, and how. The short version: Typelux has no accounts and collects no personal data itself; advertising is provided by Google AdMob, and purchases are processed by Apple or Google.

Who we are

Typelux is published by BEK SERVICE LTD, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom (Company No. 12590587). Contact: [email protected].

No accounts, no personal data

Typelux works without an account — there is no sign-up, no profile and no login. The app itself collects no personal data: your designs, projects, photos and exports are stored locally on your device and are sent nowhere unless you choose to share them. We operate no servers that receive your content.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of Typelux shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may process device information and advertising identifiers (Apple’s IDFA on iOS, the Google Advertising ID on Android), which can include ad personalization where you have allowed it. Learn how Google uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.

On iOS, Typelux asks for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking takes place. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are requested. AdMob never receives your designs, projects or photos.

In-app purchases

The one-time Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details; Apple’s and Google’s own privacy policies govern that transaction.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade any data, and the app holds no personal data of yours that could be sold.

Children

Typelux is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where ads are shown, Google’s advertising policies apply.

Your choices and rights

You can disable personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads), or remove ads completely with the one-time purchase. Depending on where you live (e.g. UK/EU GDPR), you may have additional rights regarding data processed by Google for advertising — see Google’s policy linked above. For anything else, just email us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
