Terms of Use

These terms apply to Notelux, provided by BEK Service LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. By using Notelux you agree to them. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

In-app purchases

Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A one-time purchase belongs to the store account that bought it: use Restore Purchases in the app to apply it on a new install.

Managing, cancelling and refunds

On iPhone and iPad, manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. On Android, in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; when a store refunds a purchase, what it paid for ends.

Acceptable use

Do not use Notelux to break the law, to harm others, to interfere with the service or to infringe other people's rights. We may end access for an install that is used in these ways.

Changes and availability

We may update Notelux and these terms; the date below changes when the terms do. We work to keep Notelux available and correct, but cannot promise it will always be either.

Liability

Notelux is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
