01 / Find your starting point

What would make
your store work better?

You don't need a bigger feature list. Start with the thing slowing your business down. We'll help define the right next step.

Store improvement

Find the friction.
Make a plan.

For a store that's difficult to use, slow to navigate or frustrating to manage.

  • Mobile storefront and customer-journey review
  • Specific issues, evidence and priorities
  • A focused improvement plan and acceptance checks
Discuss a store review

Ongoing care

Make change
more manageable.

For merchants and agencies who need a clearer approach to upkeep.

  • Compatibility and maintenance planning
  • Staging, update checks and recovery preparation
  • Defined support scope and escalation routes
Talk about ongoing care

Every engagement starts with discovery. Scope, delivery, access, support and pricing are agreed in a written proposal.

Your business comes first

Different stores.
Different kinds of friction.

These are examples to explore, not assumptions about your business. Your current setup and priorities guide the work.

From product page to daily operations

Keep the shopping simple.
Keep the admin manageable.

A cluttered product page, repeated stock updates or an awkward fulfilment handoff can be worth investigating before adding another plugin.

A useful first conversation

  • Where do customers or staff get stuck?
  • Which task gets repeated every day?
  • Could configuration solve it before custom code?

02 / The plugin workshop

Good plugins start
with a real problem.

We're exploring focused tools with merchants, not building features in isolation. These are discovery topics, not a catalogue of released plugins.

Research & discovery

Collection that fits your capacity

Explore how collection windows, cut-offs and exception days should work for an independent food business.

Question to test

Where does your current ordering process lose control of timing?

Research & discovery

Cleaner order handoffs

Explore the gaps between an order arriving and the right person or system being ready to act.

Question to test

What information does your team still copy, chase or re-enter?

Research & discovery

Less repetitive merchant admin

Explore frequent store-management tasks where a small, dependable tool could make a useful difference.

Question to test

Which recurring task would you most like to simplify?

Help shape what gets built

Become a design partner.

Bring a real workflow, an honest account of the problem and time to review a small prototype. We'll discuss fit, scope and any pilot terms before you commit.

Explore a design partnership

What you bring

A specific problem, context about your current setup, someone who uses the workflow and useful feedback.

What we agree together

The hypothesis, the smallest test, who can access what, what success means and when to stop or change direction.

No implied purchase

A conversation is not a subscription, purchase or guaranteed product release. Any paid work needs agreed written terms.

03 / A clear way forward

Understand. Build carefully.
Learn from real use.

You should know what we're trying to improve, how it will be checked and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Understand the work

Review the problem, your current tools and the people affected. Check whether an existing option already meets the need.

    Outcome: a shared problem brief
  2. 02

    Agree a small scope

Define the useful first change, non-goals, responsibilities, acceptance checks, cost and delivery milestones.

    Outcome: a written proposal
  3. 03

    Build and check

Work against the agreed requirements. Review the change and test the relevant journeys in an agreed environment.

    Outcome: a reviewable candidate
  4. 04

    Pilot and hand over

Agree the rollout and recovery approach. Check the outcome with your team and make the ongoing support boundaries clear.

    Outcome: an informed next step

A few useful answers

Before we talk.

Have a different question?
[email protected]

Do I need a custom plugin?

Not necessarily. We start by understanding the problem and reviewing the existing setup. Configuration, a simpler process or an established extension may be a better answer than new software.

Are the workshop plugins available to buy?

The workshop topics above are in discovery. They are not released products or available purchases. When a product is offered, its availability, compatibility, licence, pricing and support terms should be clear before you buy.

What will it cost?

Cost depends on the scope, existing setup, integration work and support requirements. We agree a written proposal before paid work begins. This page does not take payments or enrol you in a subscription.

Will you make changes to my live store?

We agree access, environments and change permissions first. Development and verification should use an appropriate staging environment, with the rollout and recovery approach reviewed before an authorised live change.

Can you tell which plugins my site uses?

Public pages can provide clues, but they are not a complete inventory. We'll confirm the relevant setup with you. Please don't send passwords, API keys or customer records in your first message.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes, we can discuss a scoped collaboration around your existing team. We agree responsibilities, ownership, access, handover and the route for support rather than assuming those relationships should change.

What happens after I email you?

We review the context and discuss whether there is a useful next step. We may ask for a short discovery conversation or a clearer example. Any proposal, pilot or ongoing engagement is agreed separately.

your store
gets stuck.

You don't need a polished specification. A store URL and a practical example are a good place to start.
