Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Royal Flush Club does with your information. It is written to be read, not to be survived: if a section is missing below, it is because that kind of data is not involved at all.
What we collect
Royal Flush Club is an online game. To let you play with other people it creates an anonymous account for your device on our servers. We store: a random account identifier, the display name the app generated for you, your game history (the hands and tournaments you played, your virtual coin balance and how it changed), and the technical details any server receives with a request, such as your IP address, kept in our logs for up to 30 days to keep the service secure. We use this only to run the game, keep it fair and fix problems. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the service providers named in this policy.
Game Center and Google Play Games
If you sign in with Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, Royal Flush Club receives the player identifier and nickname those services share, and links them to your account so your progress follows you. Scores and achievements you earn are sent to Apple or Google to show on their leaderboards, under their own privacy policies. Signing in is optional.
Analytics and crash reports
Royal Flush Club uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand, in aggregate, which features are used and to find the cause of crashes. These services receive an app-instance identifier, device and app version information and usage events. They are not used for advertising.
Advertising
Royal Flush Club shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google may process device information such as a device advertising identifier, general location inferred from an IP address, and basic interaction data. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us, under Google's own privacy policy.
Ads in this app are configured as NON-PERSONALISED: they are not selected using a profile of your past behaviour, and the app does not ask permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Purchases
Royal Flush Club offers in-app purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see or store your payment details. The app receives only a confirmation that a purchase is valid, so it can unlock what you bought.
Adults only
Royal Flush Club is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It contains simulated gambling with virtual coins that have no real-world value and can never be bought, cashed out or redeemed. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will delete their account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. That permanently removes your account identifier, display name, game history and balance from our servers within 30 days (security logs expire on their own schedule). You can also ask us to do it by email.
Keeping your data safe
Data that stays on your device is protected by your device's own security. Where the app does communicate over the network, it does so over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to return or erase — but you can still contact us and we will answer.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new effective date.
