Terms of Use

These terms apply to MnemoTrail, provided by BEK Service LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. By using MnemoTrail you agree to them. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

In-app purchases

Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A one-time purchase belongs to the store account that bought it: use Restore Purchases in the app to apply it on a new install.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. If a subscription starts with a free trial and you do not cancel during the trial, the subscription begins and is charged when the trial ends; any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Managing, cancelling and refunds

On iPhone and iPad, manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. On Android, in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; when a store refunds a purchase, what it paid for ends.

Acceptable use

Use MnemoTrail for personal memory and focus practice, in accordance with the platform rules. The game is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not a medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment and makes no promise of an IQ increase or wider cognitive benefit. Do not submit fraudulent scores or misuse the online services. Your personal recall-card content remains yours. Keep a backup of information you need, and use export before replacing local data.

Changes and availability

We may update MnemoTrail and these terms; the date below changes when the terms do. We work to keep MnemoTrail available and correct, but cannot promise it will always be either.

Liability

MnemoTrail is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. Questions: [email protected]
