This Privacy Policy explains how Loanly ("the app"), published by BEK Service Ltd, handles information. Loanly is an offline calculator: your financial inputs never leave your device, and we do not require an account.

1. Information we collect

Loanly does not ask for your name, email, or any account. The numbers you enter (loan amounts, rates, terms) are processed only on your device and are never transmitted to us or stored on any server.

2. Advertising

The free version of Loanly shows ads via Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may access a device advertising identifier and limited technical data. You can purchase a one-time "Remove ads" option to disable all advertising. See Google's policies for how AdMob processes data.

3. How we use information

Because the app collects no personal data itself, we do not build profiles, sell data, or send marketing. The only data processing is what the advertising provider performs to display ads in the free version.

4. Data retention & security

Your saved calculations and settings are stored locally on your device and remain under your control; deleting the app removes them. We hold no personal data on our servers because we collect none.

5. Children's privacy

Loanly is a general-purpose financial utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and similar laws you have rights over your personal data. As we hold none, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete; for ad-related data, please refer to Google AdMob's privacy controls.

7. Not financial advice

Loanly provides estimates for informational purposes only. Results are illustrative, may differ from a lender's actual figures, and are not financial, legal, or tax advice.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
