This policy explains what Loanly does with your information. It is written to be read, not to be survived: if a section is missing below, it is because that kind of data is not involved at all.
What we collect
Loanly does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect, store or transmit personal information to us. Anything you enter stays on your device.
Analytics and crash reports
Loanly uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand, in aggregate, which features are used and to find the cause of crashes. These services receive an app-instance identifier, device and app version information and usage events. They are not used for advertising.
Advertising
Loanly shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google may process device information such as a device advertising identifier, general location inferred from an IP address, and basic interaction data. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us, under Google's own privacy policy.
Ads in this app are configured as NON-PERSONALISED: they are not selected using a profile of your past behaviour, and the app does not ask permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Purchases
Loanly offers in-app purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see or store your payment details. The app receives only a confirmation that a purchase is valid, so it can unlock what you bought.
Keeping your data safe
Data that stays on your device is protected by your device's own security. Where the app does communicate over the network, it does so over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to its processing. We hold no account for you; the analytics and crash reports described above are identified only by a random app-instance identifier. Contact us and we will answer.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new effective date.
