Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BEK Service Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom, handles information in connection with the Ferrylane app for Mac (the “App”).

The short version

Ferrylane has no accounts and no sign-up, and the App itself collects no personal data. Your content and settings stay on your Mac — they are never uploaded anywhere, and we cannot see them.

The App contains no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking code of any kind, so nothing about how you use it is measured or sent to us or anyone else.

Everything stays between your Mac and your phone: the files you browse and transfer move directly over the USB cable, and are never uploaded, copied to a server, or seen by us.

Network use

Ferrylane does not connect to the internet. The one exception is when you choose Help, which opens this website's support page in your web browser; the app itself sends nothing.

In-app purchases

The App offers an optional purchase. Payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never receive or store your payment details.

No selling or sharing of data

We do not sell, rent or trade any data. No data is shared with anyone.

Children

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the App collects no personal data, this applies to users of every age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the effective date above shows when it was last revised.

Contact

If you have any questions about this policy or about the App, contact us at [email protected].
