How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore any non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads, Unlock All Levels) linked to your App Store or Google Play account.

I purchased "Remove Ads" but still see ads

Try restoring purchases from Settings. If the issue persists, restart the app. If you're still seeing ads, please contact us with your purchase receipt and we'll help resolve it.

How do hints work?

You start with 3 free hints. You can earn additional hints by watching a rewarded video ad, or purchase hint packs (10 or 50 hints) from the Settings page. Each hint shows you the next optimal move for the current puzzle.

My progress was lost

Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, or switch devices, progress cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your progress.
